Adorable Cat Takes Her Favorite Plush Toys With Her On A little Adventure

Say hello to Pixie, an adorable Tuxedo cat.

This 12 years old cat lives in the UK with her owner Beth Wilson. Pixie is a cat who not only loves her mom Beth Wilson but she is also a sweet soul who equally loves the inanimate objects as well.

Like all cats, Pixie is also curious by nature and loves to do exploring whether it is indoors or outdoors. Whatever it is around the house or outside the house, Pixie has her eye ready to spot it. And now it seems as if Pixie wants to share this spirit of adventure in her personality with her favorite plush toys as well.

For example, when Pixie is enjoying  nice ‘lie on her back’ day time nap in the garden, she makes sure that one of her plush toy gang members also share the same experience as her by bringing it there.

On other occasions, when Pixie is into something that is a little more fun than lying on the back, she again makes sure that she brings one of her toys with her too.

Wilson says, “If I catch her playing with her toys, then she immediately stops playing with them and puts them down.” Still, whenever Wilson is lucky, she manages to take one or two pictures of Pixie with her Plush toys.

Wilson said, “In summer, she usually likes to take them into the garden. Usually, she takes them on a tour and then takes them back inside the house. Sometimes she leaves them behind in the greenhouse. If I place a blanket on the grass, she sits on it and plays with her toys.”

When the weather gets chilly, this does not mean that Pixie’s playtime with her plush toys is over. Wilson said, “In winter, she takes her toys on around the house trip. She often takes them to several rooms.”

Once every week, when the house cleaner comes, Pixie likes to show off her plush toys and how conscientious she is with them.

Wilson said, “She puts back all of her toys nearly in her toy box but as soon as the cleaner goes away, she takes them out of the box and spreads them around the house.

Wilson said, “I got Pixie as a newborn kitten 12 years ago. She has changed my life. She even tries to take care of me whenever I am in a bad mood but she always knows how to cheer me up.”

Shelter Obsessed With His Food Bowl, Refuses To Be Adopted Without It

Meet Oliver, a rescued dog who was found by the rescue shelter after he refused to leave the backyard of a family located in Memphis, Tennessee. Animal control would go there to catch him but every time they got close to the dog, he would jump over the fence and run away. Finally, after placing a humane trap, they were able to collect him and brought him to the Memphis Animal Services.

Everyone after knowing Oliver knew that he would surely find himself a home soon. He was a very smart dog who loved to eat food and various other treats. He was smart enough to know that if he behaves well, he would be showered with those tasty treats.

Community engagement specialist at Memphis Animal Services named Katie Pemberton said, “The very first day I met Oliver, he came and sat straight in front of me even before I showed him any treats. Then surely as I brought out the treats, he was more eager to sit obediently for having them. With time we got to know each other more and more often would he press himself to the bars of his kennel so I would pet him.”

Pemberton said, “One night our field supervisor noticed him with Oliver holding his food bowl in his mouth. His cute trick towards the personnel was effective as he gave Oliver some more food than usual. After a few times he made it a permanent habit and had his bowl in the mouth quite often.”

The entire time, Oliver was at the shelter, he had his food bowl in his mouth and staff saw it as insanely cute. They would take pictures of him and post it over social media so that the rest of the world could also fall in love with him.

His bowl obsession got him noticed as adoption applications came flooding in and finally his forever family also came.

On April 16th of last month, Oliver was adopted by his forever family and was taken home. Oliver was overjoyed to see that his food bowl was also coming with him.

Thanks to this cute habit of Oliver, he now has a loving home where he won’t ever go hungry again.

Everyone’s having a hard time spotting the Big Cat in this picture; Can you spot it?

Never would have anyone ever thought that spotting one of the most striking and famed animals in a picture would be so hard.

However, recently a picture from a wildlife photographer named Saurabh Desai has left people struggling hard as they try to spot the creature in his photo. Desai took a picture in the Spit Valley located in the Northern part of India. The picture at its first glance looks to be an ordinary one presenting a simple landscape of a crag covered with some snow. However, there is more to this picture then meets the eye.

As it happens to be, Desai was at the place for the sake of photographing the elusive Snow Leopard, a cat which is native of this region. The cat has amazing camouflaging skills due to its fur that makes it possible for it to completely blend in and to become nearly invisible in the landscape.

So now the big question, Can You Spot The Cat?

http://visualpoetries.com/

If you are trying to find the big cat and have failed to do so even after quite some time, then do not feel bad. You are not the only one who has failed to do so.

Even the natives of the region who have named this cat as “Shan” had a hard time in finding this cat from the ordinary looking landscape picture despite it hiding in plain sight.

Desai told media, “I wanted to capture a picture of this creature in a manner the people have been describing it in the local area. The native told me that they often do not spot Shan but Shan is always keeping an eye on them”.

Well here is a little hint for our readers who are still puzzled. Can you find him now?

http://visualpoetries.com/

Yes, the whole time you were struggling to find him, he was looking at you the whole time.

http://visualpoetries.com/

Well, Shan is hard to spot; other snow leopards are not that hard to spot in Desai’s other photographs.

Spotting a Snow Leopard family is a hard task but Desai says that taking the picture makes it all the worthwhile.

Desai said, “I have spent nearly 3 years of my life in searching this cat and when I finally found it from so close, I was truly speechless at its beauty.”

Tulip, the cat who won’t stop smiling after he was rescued

Meet Tulip, the cat who had to suffer countless troubles and mishaps in life before this 10 months old kitten was rescued and now she celebrates every day of her new life with a big smile.

Tulip was found by her rescuers on the streets as a stray cat in Ontario, Canada. The kitten was taken in by the local rescue shelter when he was only 2 months old. At the time of her rescue, Tulip was suffering from a nasty eye infection but her spirit of life was high as she smiled for the camera taking her pictures. Little did Tulip knew at the time that the little smiling picture would be the reason that she would be able to find herself a forever loving home.

Jen said, “Tulip’s cute little smile in her advertisement picture from the shelter was the one that drew us in.”

The couple immediately submitted for an adoption application for the unseen cat and their application was approved. That is when we realized that we have hit the curtness jackpot. Her smile is ever present on her face and it never gets too old to see.”

Nicest Beluga Whale Returns The Phone Accidentally Dropped Into Sea By A Woman

A couple of weeks back in Hammerfest, Norway; a mysterious visitor came from the depths of the open waters. This mysterious stranger and a benefactor to one particular woman was a Beluga Hale which had a harness fitted around its neck.

Although very little is known about this mysterious Beluga Whale, it is speculated that it is a whale that had been trained by the Russian navy from whom it had defected. Since after being freed from its harness the whale was lingering the ocean waters nearby.

However, quite shockingly another great personality trait about this particular whale had been discovered. This whale appears to be quite a considerate one.

Earlier this week a girl named Ina Mansika was spending time in Hammerfest with her friends when she decided to go down to check out the waterfront in hopes of seeing this little ex-spy whale. It was then when something amazing happened to her.

The Beluga whale was there and even helped Ina Mansika when something happened to her.

Ina Mansika told media, “We were all lying down by the dock in hopes of having a chance to see the whale. We saw the whale and were hoping to pat it. I earlier forgot to close my jacket shut and because of it, my phone fell into the water. I assumed that it was now gone forever until the wale dove back after the drowning phone and came back up a few moments later with the phone held in its mouth.”

Below is the video of that amazing once in a lifetime moment which was posted by Ina Mansika on her Instagram account.

Ina Mansika along with everyone present was stunned at this act of consideration by the whale.

Still, unfortunately for Ina Mansika, her phone was inoperable due to the water damage but by that point, Ina Mansika did not care about the phone. She was moved by the hale’s compassion.

A random factory worker suddenly spots a trapped cat’s face

This week a cat was stuck in between scrap metal, an inventory of large trash bins of a huge factory and he definitely did not belong there.

Thankfully for this cat, it was spotted by an employee of the factory who suddenly saw the cat stuck in an awkward and disturbing manner.

Anyone would have been startled to see the head of a cat stuck in a bizarre manner out of the corner of a large trash can.

One person who saw the story on the social media called the picture appropriately as “It seems as if it is a sticker on the trash can”.

While the initial photo presents it really to be a sticker, another picture tells the whole another disturbing side of the story. The picture shows that the head of the cat is actually attached to a living body of a full fledged cat and she desperately needed help in order to be saved from this predicament.

While rescuing the cat was an urgent task, it still was not an easy one.

The worker of the factory called on tot eh RSPCA Victoria and the inspector who attended the call was Maree. As soon as she heard the call, she arrived on the scene. RSPCA wrote on their Facebook page, “After establishing that no amount of lubrication can help the cat to be freed from her situation, our inspector Maree knew that cat needed extra help.”

That is when the local fire department came into play with their much-needed piece of machinery. The brought a small angle metal grinder and after an hour of hard work, they were finally able to cut the pipe in half.

The cat was rescued and has been named as Piper and was clearly shaken by this whole ordeal.

After getting proper cleanup, Piper was wrapped in some warm towels.

After getting checked by the vet and receiving some treatment, Piper is doing just fine at a loving foster home where she regains her weight.

With it being Kitten season, Piper will be waiting with hundreds of other stray cats who look for their forever home.

This dog has the sweetest reaction after he rips his favorite pillow accidently

Meet Draco, a pit bull dog who did not have an exactly most would call a comfortable life. However, through his tough times in life, he was helped by his favorite heart-shaped pillow.

Wherever Draco went, his pillow was not far behind from him. Allie O’Cain, Draco’s owner said, “If anyone tries to even pick up his pillow he would pounce right at them to grab hold of his pillow.”

However, recently, Draco’s prized pillow suffered a fate that would have left in being ended up in a trash can.

Draco considered the pillow as his most prized possession ever since he was rescued by O’Cain from a local shelter.

O’Cain said, “Draco is a heavy chewer of a dog and this why we have become a rubber toy only house. The reason is that whatever thing in house has stuffing in it, it will be chewed to shares by Draco is mere minutes. However, he is very gentle with his pillow.”

Recently, when Draco’s friend a black Larboard named Willow came over and tried to share his pillow, things got a little messy. Draco rushed over at Willow to take hold of his pillow and in doing so; he ripped the pillow in shreds. Soon the stuffing started to bleed out of the pillow.

Luckily for Draco’s his owner’s mother was there and saw everything. She decided to help the poor Draco.

Draco’s owner’s mom took the pillow to her sewing machine and started the emergency surgery on it. Draco was standing by her side during the whole process.

O’Cain said, “the entire time, my mom was doing sewing, Draco was standing on his paws and had his head peeked over. He was also whining the whole time. He acted as if his own wife was in surgery.”

As soon as the sewing was done, Draco rushed over to cuddle with his pillow and nothing could be better than to see the look of joy on his face.

A little dog was trapped in thick tar and kept barking until someone came to help him

Last week, in Suwałki, Poland, a group of workers heard the noise of a dog barking that made them highly concerned. In a remote wooded area of the town, a noise of a dog barking continuously made them very much worried.

Luckily for the dog, the workers decided to take a look as to what was causing this dog to bark continuously. They followed the barking noise and they were ultimately led to this horrific scene.

A dog was lying there, stuck in the pond of tar from which he was unable to even move from and was in need of dire help.

Workers were not able to pull the pup out by themselves so they called out for help to a rescuer named Joanna Godlewska who works with the Niczyje Animal Foundation. As soon as she got the call, she rushed to the scene.

Godlewska told media, “When I arrived at the scene and saw the dog’s condition, I was moved to tears by sadness.”

They believe that the dog that was most likely abandoned was seeking warmth and lay down on the illegally dumped tar in the middle of nowhere. The dog did not realize that he would be stuck in it.

No one had any idea as to how long had the dog been stuck there but one thing they were clear on was that he could not survive there for much longer.

Godlewska called for a local firefighter department’s help who assisted her in getting the poor pup out of the tar. As they were working to help the pup, hope started to shine in its eyes.

Godlewska said, “Pup knew that we were helping him.”

Rescuers cut off the hardened part of the tar on fur while used cooking oil to soften the rest of it.

After a while, they were finally able to lift him out of the tar pool.

From there, the dog was sent to a vet’s clinic where they started to treat him immediately. They scrubbed his body hard for removing the rest of the tar.

The work, needless to say, was quite a messy one.

Fortunately, the dog, except having minor injuries to his face, was in good health.

Since his rescue, the dog has been through many such cleaning session and his hope to live has been stranger with each one.

Godlewska said, “He is in better condition now.”

The dog has now been named as Farcik and is now no longer a dog that was unloved an abandoned.

Farcik is now surrounded by people who love him and once he fully recovers, Godlewska plans to adopt him as his own.

Godlewska said, “I just wanted to save him. I thank everyone who helped to save him.”

Family Dog Pulls Her Brother Out Of Car After The Car Crashes Into A Tree

After when the elder sister of a boy named Isaiah Lenotte left home for college, he started to be closer to their family dog; a pit bull named Athena, who was also upset about her sister leaving for college. Both of them found comfort in each other’s presence and they started to spend more and more time together and by each passing day became closer to each other.

Last week, Lenotte decided to go on a fishing trip and take Athena with him. Both of them spent a wonderful time together as they relaxed and bonded until they finally headed for home. They were driving happily back home when suddenly Lenotte started to feel a little faint. Before Lenotte could notice as to what was happening to him, his car started to steer off road and crashed into a big tree.

Lenotte said to media, “it was not until I completely backed out that I hit the car. After I woke up, the car was filled with smoke and it was already half in the watery ditch. I then tried to get out of the car, thinking it was on fire.”

Lenotte knew that he needs to get out of the car along with Athena as soon as possible. However, due to his bruise, even slight movement was a trouble for him. That is when Athena took matters in her own hands or should we say in her own paws.

Lenotte said, “I opened the door on the rear right of the passenger side and was then pulled out of the car by Athena. Her leash slipped out as she was trying to pull me out of the car. Nonetheless, she stayed by my side no matter how bad she or I wanted to get away from the car.”

Both of them managed to get away from the car and then Lenotte called for help to his parents. Soon his parents arrived on the scene. Lenotte’s mom tired to tuck Athena away in the trunk of her car to keep her away from all the commotion but she was not done helping her brother.

After when the paramedics arrive on the scene was Athena finally able to leave her brother so he could go to the hospital for being checked.

Lenotte said, “she was unfazed by all the people around us and was only busy in comforting me as I was also comforting her. Still, she seemed to be aware that everyone was there to help us.”

Luckily Athena was unharmed in the crash and was taken back to the home until Isaiah came back home from the hospital.

Now Isaiah is back home all safe and sound and Athena seems to be overprotective of her brother as she now stays even closer by him.

Man sees a kitten with a shoelace tied around its neck

A man named Timofey Yuriev was driving down the street in Yonkers, New York when suddenly he spotted something really bizarre. A small kitten was walking or let’s say crawling along the sidewalk. As soon as Yuriev saw the kitten, he knew in his heart that he needs to save it.

Yuriev told media, “there was a bus stop nearby band people were walking there but nobody seemed to have noticed the kitten. I immediately decided to save it as I knew once off the sidewalk it would be on road and would ultimately be killed by the fast passing cars. That is when I saw the kitten had a shoelace tied around its neck.”

Yuriev realizing that someone had tied a shoelace around the kitten’s neck was utterly disgusted by it and tried to untie it. As for the kitten, he had been through a lot so he was looking at his rescuer with confused eyes.  After five minutes of struggling, Yuriev was able to take the shoelace off the kitten’s neck who he named as “Lace”.

Yuriev said, “After I freed Lace, he started meowing at me. Before that he could not meow as to how tight the shoelace was tied around his neck. I picked him up and he did not tired to scratch me or anything but was still sacred. I took him in my car and he tucked away under the car seat in darkness as far as he could.”

From there, Yuriev took lace to a shelter named Paws Crossed Animal Rescue where everyone was sad to hear about poor kitten’s story.

The development manager at the Paws Crossed Animal Rescue named Julie Porter said, “Lace was severely dehydrated and had a few scratches on him. He was very scared and did not trust people that much.”

Even after going through such a disgusting experience, Lace has started to finally warm up to the guys at the shelter and the whole shelter has also fallen in love with him. After one week of arriving at the shelter, Lace finally had a nice family line up for adoption.

The anchor for the News 12 Westchester, Lisa Salvadorini read the story about Lace and she fell in love with him and knew that she needs to adopt this cute little kitten.

Lisa Salvadorini told, “It was 5 am in the morning as I was reading the news. I saw his cute face and said to my co-anchor that I need this kitten to be in my home. Everyone in the studio thinks of it as a great idea.”

Lisa Salvadorini went to the shelter that same day and adopted Lace. Lisa Salvadorini has two children who never had a cat before and she knew that Lace would be perfect as their first family cat.

Lisa Salvadorini told as to how her children reacted to Lace, “for them, it was a big surprise. They were in shock to have a kitten. They even had tears of joy when they held him. Since then, they have showered Lace with all their love.”

These Foster Cats are so bonded that they hold each other’s paws

It is already hard to find a loving forever home for millions of homeless cats but to find a home for two cats that are inseparable is much harder.

However, the two cats that live in a foster home in Florida, they have made the message clear to everyone, that either they are going together or no one is going.

These cats show their love and affection for each other by holding paws.

The cats named Lily, a Siamese mix cat, and Rosa, a black kitten, from the beginning were destined to be each other’s best pals.

A foster of the St. Francis Society Animal Rescue in Florida, named Andrea Christian told media, “When Rosa came to me; she was a very underweight and extremely sad cat.”

Christian said, “After few days of Rosa coming to me, I got another call about another kitten that was in ICU for a week. The cat was Lily who had been found by the side of the road in Tamp and by her condition looked as if a skeleton.”

Christian, who is a veteran foster for cats, started her loving work of taking care of these kittens and fostering them back to health all the while making them feel welcomed at her house.

After Lily had her antibiotic course finished, Christian decided to let Lily meet with Rosa.

Christian said, “It was love at first sniff.”

The black cat proved to be a good luck charm for Lily who still with the treatment was weak and had difficulty in walking. Christian said, “Lily was suffering from Toxoplasmosis.”

As for Rosa, she was undergoing her won hydrotherapy and both proved to be a source of strength for each other.

Now several weeks have passed since they first met and now they are inseparable. When one starts exploring its surrounding, the other one is following her from behind. When one of them lies down, the other lies down too.

While there love is adorable for everyone to see, these cats are facing a challenge of finding a forever home that will keep them both so they can also live together.

We hope sincerely for Lily and Rosa to find a home that will never separate their love.

A woman finds something surprising in a box in her backyard

Earlier last week when a woman entered the gates of the Paris Animal Shelter located in Texas and told the staff that she wanted to surrender them some kittens, nobody thought of it as much. This was the Kitten Season and this was the time when shelters would take most kittens in. this was not that much of a big thing until the woman gave them a box which was filled with 39 kittens.

The woman told the shelter that she found all these 39 kittens in a box near her greenhouse when she was out doing some work. The kittens were ranged from the age of 3 weeks to 8 weeks old and their condition was also varied. Some of them were dehydrated, while some had fleas while others were suffering from diarrhea. Still, some of them were in good health. Still, shelter knew that taking care of 39 kittens was no easy work and they needed some help ASAP.

A volunteer of Paris Animal Shelter named Stephanie Ann said, “while we are sued to a high intake of stray animals, this much magnitude was just an extremely hard work that can raise panic. I knew immediately that for our shelter, the best bet would be to get some help from social media.”

The shelter called out to other rescue shelters in their area and soon nearly 10 of the local shelters stepped up for help.

Stephanie Ann said, as soon as we posted for help, rescue offers came pouring in fast.”

Within few days of arriving at the Paris Animal shelter, the entire 39 kittens were sent off to the respective shelters and their foster homes where they are getting the care they deserved. The shelter is definitely grateful for everyone’s help in this.

As for the kittens, they are all recovering from their various illnesses. They are a little shocked and confused by their new surroundings but it is because they are young.

Once the kittens have adjusted well and are old enough, they will be spayed, neutered and vaccinated. After that, they will be placed for adoption to find their forever homes.

While someone abandoning a litter of 39 kittens is just a cruel thing, luckily all of them are now safe.

Labrador turns out to be a Jenga master as she surprises her family

Let us introduce you guys with a Labrador pup named Remy who happens to be a prodigy of party games like Jenga.

From the moment Remy’s owner Ashley Agapiou brought the 5 months old pup to her home, she knew that she was a special one. Ashley little sister named Molley Agapiou said, “Personality of Remy is infectious to anyone. She loves to show her new toys to everyone. She does so by climbing up all over you and sticks them right in your face.”

However, Remy’s parents did not know about her geniuses until they threw a March Madness Party. For those on the party who was not at all interested in watching basketball, a Jenga game was set for them in the living room/ however, nobody was interested in playing Jenga other than Remy herself.

Agapiou said, “Everyone was focused on the TV watching the game as it was a big one. However, I did not care for the game and this is why I was watching Remy and that when I noticed that she was interested in Jenga.”

As Remy started sniffing he Jenga blocks, Agapiou took out her phone and started recording her. While the game is difficult for the ones with steady hands and nerves of steel, Remy was still interested in it even if she had zero experience for it.

Agapiou said, “This was actually the first time we were playing Jenga at our house so Remy had never seen Jenga before.”

What happened next shocked Agapiou as Remy pushed one of the Jenga blocks at the bottom with her paw and then used her mouth to tug the block out. The Jenga tower wobbled for a bit but then it stood straight.

The video has been posted on social media and has received 40000 likes since it has been posted.

Below is the video of other pet owners sharing their pet dogs and their attempts at playing Jenga.

As for Remy, after taking the bottom piece she proudly took it under the table to celebrate her win.
