There is not much to be seen here that can be called common between this wild Elk and this pet dog living at a farm. However, they have become a happy pair of friends that have the unlikeliest of friendships between them. This friendship is all because of the shared sense of fun they have.
For the last few years; right about the wintertime, a herd of the wild elks has been seen visiting this property of an officer of the Colorado Parks and Wildlife. One member of this herd comes to visit the officer’s pet dog named Trugge. While seeing these elks is a sight to behold, Trugge does just more than simply watching these elks.
From the very start, this friendly dog has managed to strike an unusual friendship with the leader of the herd, which is a large-sized Bull Elk. It was not long before both of these animals invented a game for themselves to play.
Below is the video during one of the latest visits from the Elk.
WATCH amazing video of a bull elk and German shepherd chasing each other playfully along a fence. They seem to know everyone needs to get out and enjoy the Colorado outdoors. This elk and dog have been playing for years, as witnessed by an @COParksWildlife officer. #wildlifepic.twitter.com/nVGcGhDqg6
The herd of elk looks on to their leaders and his friend, a dog, engages in what is basically their own version for the game of tag as they both chase each other back and forth along the property’s fence line.
The rules of this game are not written but of course, this dog and elk respect each other that their interaction with each other is not only fun but also a safe one.
The spokesperson for the Colorado Parks and Wildlife named Bill Vogrin said, “Both of them never seem to get aggressive with each other. That bull elk can easily jump off the fence line and into the yard of the property if he sees fit. But both of them keep their distance from each other across that fence line.”
We do hope that this friendship is going to remain steadfast for many more years to come.
Today we want to introduce you to Walter, a cute donkey who only wants to feel fit in.
Walter grew up at a home with 3 German shepherd dogs as his siblings and living with them, this little donkey picked up a few of their habits. Still, his parents love him the adorable way he is now.
Walter was just a baby when his owners named Brad and Kelly Blake took him in the town of Oatman, Arizona. Brad said, “We have the wild burrows around our town that roam about the area. Walter was rejected by his mama because he was very young. The Bureau of Land Management as well as the town’s people tired for about 10 hours so that Walter’s mama would take him back but nothing seemed to work. So then we were called upon the scene and were asked that if we would lie to adopt this young donkey. Of course, we immediately said, Yes.”
It was not long before Walter got familiar with his new surroundings and his family. From the very moment, his new family showed him the affection he was looking for, Walter seemed to make a bond with his new family and especially with his new dad.
Now this donkey which was once very sick has now grown into a 150 pounds adult donkey that lives at the Blake residence as if he is also one of the many dogs living there. If Walter is looking for help, he can turn to his brothers and sisters for help.
Blake said, “We own 3 German shepherd dogs and they all took Walter in from the first day. They have helped us raise Walter and also teach him all the manners around the house.”
As a result of this, Walter has also taken the behavior of his siblings. This dog-like personality of Walter comes alive especially when his dad arrives at the home from his business trips.
As soon as Blake is seen by Walter, he comes to him running in excitement. He nuzzles at his dad and then wags his tail in happiness.
Blake said, “Walter acts as if he is the real dog. He not only wags his tail but also gets super excited when I come home. He then hops and brushes his big body against me in love. He often lays beside me on the couch for taking his afternoon naps.”
Below is one of the videos which shows Walter’s happy reunion with his parents.
A woman named Brittney Taylor was at the Gibson Hair & Makeup salon located in Charleston, South Carolina for getting her hairs done and she could not resist telling the stylist there named Michelle Atwood about her pet puppy named Luka. From the moment Luka joined Taylor’s family, that little pup had been the constant source of joy for his family. This is why Taylor finds it difficult to refrain herself from sharing the cute stories to everyone about her puppy.
Taylor said, “We have 2 other pet dogs but Luka is the funniest of them all. He is also the loudest of them all and is also the silliest too. When we come home after being out for too long, he starts to squeal as if a little pig and then makes us squeeze him with love for a full 5 minutes before he calms down. He is extremely playful and he loves to cuddle near my face.”
After hearing all the cute stories about Luka, Atwood knew in her heart that she needs to meet Luka so she asked Taylor to bring the dog with her next time she visits the salon. Taylor agreed and on the next visit to that salon, she brought with her Luka. Everyone who was there that day at the salon was delighted to see the cute puppy.
At first, Luka seemed a little impatient as he watched his mom get her hairs done but after a little, while he got relaxed and settled in. everyone there loved hanging out with Luka and they started giving him lots of attention that he was waiting to receive.
Taylor said, “When he first got to the salon, he was a little hyper but after about half an hour, he was relaxed and took a nap for about 45 minutes. Everyone at the salon loved him being there and many offered to babysit him while I had my hair appointment. He is such a good boy.”
After Taylor had her hair done, Atwood came with a great idea and she decided with Taylor that it was Luka’s turn to be in the chair. Luka was already looking really cute so they only pretended to cut his hair. However, everyone was having fun watching him put on a cape and pose in the chair for getting his hair done.

Taylor said, “I think he sat still because he was still feeling a little sleepy. He was very curious as to what was happening and he acted like a really good boy.”
Meet Bento a good boy who knows the command of ‘How to Sit’ but just remember that never to ask him that when you are having fun near him, especially if you are going down a water slide.
Not long ago, this adorable looking golden retriever dog was out with his owners enjoying a sunny day at a beach located in Brazil when he came upon one amazing source of amusement. It was something that he had never seen before in his life and he knew in his heart that he needs to try it. On a steep looking sandy slope, tourists had set up the waterslide which allowed for the riders to slide into the ocean below.
Although the people with faint hearts would shy away from any such daring activity, Bento is not someone who is faint of heart. As he saw other tourists riding down the slide, the adventurous puppy decided that it was time for him to try this amazing waterslide too.
Below are 2 of the clips showing Bento is the water sliding action. Swipe to the left for watching the other video.
A teacher named Valtteri Mulkahainen, who taught as the physical education teacher in a school at Sotkamo, Finland has devoted his leisure time of life to nature photography. For the last 6 years, Valtteri Mulkahainen has been taking pictures of the wildlife in the country and has taken many amazing pictures. Today’s story is about one of those magical moments that seem to be out of a Disney storybook.
On the June 3rd of 2013, Valtteri Mulkahainen was exploring the area around the town called Martinselkonen. As he was observing the area, he came to notice a bear that came out in the clearing of the forest with few little bear cubs.
Valtteri said, “These cubs behaved as if they were like little human children. They were all playing and then even a few of them had friendly fights with each other. I was feeling as if I was on the playground that is in front of my home where I often see small children frolicking about. This was how much these bear cubs reminded me of little children. But suddenly at one point of them playing around, 3 of the bear cubs got up on their hind legs and then started pushing each other. It seemed as if these bear cubs were dancing in the circle.”
Valtteri was watching these bear cubs from a shelter that was located about 50 meters from this amazing magical scene and he had the perfect view for taking h pictures. He said, “I photographed those bear cubs all evening and then all night.”
In Finland, one can bump into bears almost everywhere except the Aland Islands. Most of the bears live in the country’s eastern region and the Lapland. These creatures are seen regularly by the people in the western and southern regions of Finland as well.
The fact that Valtteri managed to capture perfect shots of this bear family is really amazing. Bears usually avoid humans and they are also rarely seen by humans in the wild as they would immediately retreat after detecting human presence.
As per the latest assessments by the Finnish Natural Resources Institute, the country had about 2020 to 2130 bear population before the bear hunting season of 2019.
A few days ago a woman named Anabela Cohen was at the local park with her son, which was located near their house located in Argentina when she saw something really strange but very adorable and cute.
There in that park, casually hanging out with some kids at the playground area of the park was a big dog that seemed to be having a good time all by herself. As the young friends of that pup looked at him, the dog would entertain herself by going up and down the slide all by herself again and again.
Cohen said, “I have never seen anything like that ever.”
Although the dog which was in her playful mood, left little opportunity for the kids to use the same slide, no one seemed to mind that act of the dog.
Cohen said, “The kids gathered near the slide were all really happy to see the dog using the slide. Even my son, who was playing near them, stopped playing to see what was going on.”
After talking around, Cohen discovered that the name of this big yet playful dog was Berta. And people also told Cohen that this was not the first time that Berta was playing on the park’s slide.
What Cohen could find out was that Berta came to know the joy of going down the slide as she watched her own school-going owner. Now Berta herself is very eager to use the slide at any chance she gets.
Chances of Berta arriving at the park are on any of the days when the weather seems to be clear. Whenever there is a clear weather day, Berta can be found with her group of human friends having fun at the slide. As for Cohen, seeing those kids and the dog getting the joy from their little routine is something she is not going to forget anytime soon.
Cohen said, “I thought to myself that this was amazing.”
While in many of the countries around the world, drivers follow the proper traffic rules and etiquette to let the pedestrians cross the roads, there are still some ignorant people out there. These people apparently do not let the pedestrians cross the roads especially if they are a group of little school going kids.
However, there is still a little dog that is doing the best he can to set these rule-breakers straight.
A few days ago a woman named Beqa Tsinadze came upon a strange but very respectable scene in the town called Batumi, Georgia. There she saw that at the marked crosswalk, a group of little kids was waiting for the passing by cars to give them some way to cross the road safely.
Unfortunately, it seemed that drivers were not at all eager to extend their courtesy and someone had to take the charge to set these guys straight.
So this was exactly what transpired and the one to do it was a little dog. He took the role of being a crossing guard on behalf of those young kids.
This is the video of that particular moment when the little dog started barking at the drivers and caused them to stop to let the kids cross the road.
This thoughtful and cute dog tackled the entire situation with the prowess of a pro. But this is not the first time that this dog has done the good deed for the pedestrians.
It is still not clear as to why this little dog has taken the role of a crossing guard. It might be his way of saying thanks.
As per the Georgian media, this dog arrived in that particular area as the helpless stray dog a few years ago. Since then the dog has made himself endeared as a part of the local community who also has taken upon itself to take care of this dog.
As per the report in the video above, this dog goes by many names in the neighborhood all of who know him. But the one thing that anyone can call him or is calling him is that he is a really good boy.
Let us ask you a simple question, IS there anything easier than taking a simple walk around the neighborhood? Well, there is ting easier than it but somebody begs to differ with this. In their opinion, not doing that simple walk is the right answer.
This answer comes from a chubby yet adorably cute dog whose name is Stella Bean. Instead of taking the walk that would be great for her help, she thinks that stopping and flopping would be the right thing to do.
Stella Bean was adopted by a woman named Tracy Buck while she was still an overweight dog a few years ago. Tracy was told from the very first day of adopting Stella Bean that getting Stella to be slim would prove a real challenge.
Tracy said, “The Shelter always described Stella to be a hot mess. She is known for always being a very demanding and stubborn dog.”
Tracy soon learned these personality traits of Stella Bean when she started taking her on walks for the sake of getting her some exercise.
Tracy said, “She would simply flop over on herself and would refuse to move an inch until I give her belly rubs or some other type of attention.”
And then as expected, it became a regular thing with Stella Bean. In the middle of her every walk which she takes with her owner, Stella would suddenly stop and refuse to keep-on going. She would become the very embodiment of laziness in the middle of the road.
While this is not good for her health, it still looks really cute and funny. This is why Tracy started taking videos of her flops in the middle of the road.
Sometimes, Stella would start moving again after being done with her flopping, but at some times, it would take a long time to help her get the motivation back.
Sometimes, people passing by would also stop and start asking Tracy about Stella’s well being. But now most people in Tracy’s neighborhood know about this mischievous and lazy dog so whenever they see Stella flopping, they would smile, laugh and simply drive by the duo.
Tracy is still taking Stella for long walks on a daily basis because whether Stella likes them or not, they are for her own well being.
a few weeks ago, a new mailman started working the route that also had the house of Moose. One day, Moose was watching outside of the window of his house when he saw the new mailman. It seemed that Moose saw some friendly vibe from that new mailman as he was making his rounds.
Soon, the instincts of Moose about the new mailman proved right.
One day, as the new mailman arrived at Moose’s home on his truck, Moose asked his owners to let him be outside. And this is the video of the time after Moose was allowed to go outside.
Moose wanted nothing more than giving a big hug to the mailman. And it seemed that the feeling was mutual.
Meghan Gruszynski, the owner of Moose said, “It was really adorable. I loved it as how much the mailman loved our boy and we also loved seeing as to how much Moose loved hugging him.”
With this first day of warm and loving introduction, it became a new tradition for both the mailman and Moose. Now every day when the mailman arrives at Moose’s house, Moose is standing outside to greet his friend.
You have to admit that meeting every day with somebody with a wagging tail can make anyone day feel great. But there is also another story to these visits of mailman to Moose.
Gruszynski said, “We came to know that the mailman had recently lost his own dog. He also loves the fact as to how much love does Moose gives him whenever he is on this route.”
The job of a mailman is to deliver something but now he is on the receiving end of something really loving and cute each day.
Gruszynski says, “Hopefully this tradition of theirs continues for many, many years. He is our mailman until he retires. So, it is going to be fun watching them share their love with each other.”
For Kurt Schultz, a Safari guide in the Kruger National park of South Africa was photographing the lions and everything seemed to be normal. But as he was taking pictures, he saw something that reminded him of the famed movie “The Lion King”. A certain baboon was carrying a lion cub and he climbed up a tree.
He was not happy to see this scene because he knew that there could be 2 things happening for the lion cub; one, he would fall down the tree and second, the vicious primates could kill him horribly with his own hands. Kurt Schultz has seen far too many such instances where baboons killed lion cubs.
Schultz said to media, “I was at an area with an active sighting of Lions and came upon a troop of baboons which seemed excited for a usual morning. There was also another vehicle for the baboon sighting and it was later mentioned that this troop of baboons might have a lion cub.”
“After waiting for quite some time, we noticed that one of the baboons that looked to be a female was carrying a lion cub which I first thought was dead. The area was known for having granite hills and large boulders where lions and cheetahs often hid their newborn cubs.”
The female baboon crossed the road and then went on to climb the marula tree. We waited there for half an hour as the baboon moved from one tree to another. As for the rest of the troop of baboons, they moved away and the female baboon started caring and grooming the lion cub as if it was her own newborn baboon.”
Shultz said, “In my 20 years in African forests, I have witnessed many scenes where baboons have viciously killed the cubs of leopards and heard many cases were they killed lion cubs too. As for this scene, it was the first time I had ever seen a baboon taking such care of a lion cub in such an attentive manner.”
Schultz says that he does not see any high chance of the cub making it alive in this situation. The reason was baboons were large and then lions would not be able to take their cub back. The lion cubs are a threat to the baboons as they get older and life for a young predator is not an easy one.
A dachshund dog (also most commonly known by it nicknames like Wiener dog or a Sausage dog) named Stanley was with his family on a vacation taken to Cornwall, England. His owner named Melanie Talbot decided that as they were away from their home, they should visit the Sea Life Trust Cornish Seal Sanctuary.
There the land pup Stanley became friends with the Sea Pup named Aayla, who was living at the Cornish Seal Sanctuary.
After entering the Sanctuary, Stanley’s eyes instantly caught glimpse of a seal named Aayla. Aayla, seeing Staley, also became very excited as they saw each other through the glass partition.
Aayla started diving and swimming around the window while looking at the cute and adorable looking Staley. They spent nearly 20 minutes seeing each other and posed for photos.
A worker of the Sea Life Trust Cornish Seal Sanctuary named Georgina Shannon said, “Aayla can often be seen through underwater viewing and she loves to interact with humans and dogs. We are often sent many photos where Aayla interacts with their dogs. So, yes, this was not the first time, she made friends with a dog but this time she really seemed to be in love with Stanley.”
It seems Aayla mistook Stanley as another seal because he was wearing his doggy jacket with his ears tucked in due to cold. Shannon said, “Aayla waved at him and seemed to be fascinated by him. It is clear that she was interested in Stanley.”
Shannon said, “Aayla is a rescued seal from the area of Bacton, Norfolk. She was rescued back in 2017 and at the time she had an injury on her right flipper as well as was really malnourished. Her flipper was severely infected and several of her bones had to be removed. She was welcomed in the Seal Sanctuary back in July of 2018.”
The Sea Life Trust Cornish Seal Sanctuary is located in Gweek, Cornwall and it is a charity that not only rescues but also provides whatever necessary care to the distressed seals and other marine rescued animals.
Meet Belarus a very fluffy and handsome kitty cat that yearns for attention. In fact, 250K+ people have already fallen in love with this cat and the count is still rising and it is not hard to see why it is that way. The thing that makes Blears so famous is his cute little special face and all of his funny shenanigans.
This is the cat named Belarus, a fuzzy cat with a really unique pair of eyes.
Belarus is born with the cross-eyed condition but this defect of him actually makes him more adorable. Belarus got adopted by a woman named Rachel 2 years ago when he was only 1 year old/. Seeing Belarus, Rachel instantly knew that she has to adopt him and took him to her home the very next day.
After Belarus’s adoption, his owner has nothing been more than supportive of him. His owner is also giving her time to take care of all the other cats at the shelter from where Belarus came. Now using the fame of Belarus, Rachel is now trying to host a fundraiser for the sake of helping animals that are in need. Back in 2019, Rachel had donated 4000 dollars to the shelter from her various campaigns of fundraising.
Belarus’s condition is not that serious nor does it cause any immediate threat to his overall health.
Vets are the real heroes of everyday life. Every single day of their life, they work to help heal the pets around the world but they still do not get enough credit and praise for all their hard work. But once in a long while, comes someone who holds no expenses too much for showing the utmost of his appreciation and gratitude towards the vets. This is the story of a man named David MacNeil who thanked a group of vets who helped save the life of his 7 years old pet Golden Retriever dog named Scout. Scout suffered from cancer but is now on his way to recovery. MacNeil decided to thank the vets with a Super Bowl Ad for which he paid a sum of 6 million dollars. The best part of this ad is that MacNeil encouraged the viewers for donating money to the vets who have helped save the life of his beloved pet dog. Also, all the funds that are accumulated from this Super Bowl Ad will be donated to the Veterinary School for supporting the research of these real-life heroes as well as to buy them new equipment. This way, these vets will be able to not only diagnose but also treat cancer in not only the animals but also in humans as well.
McNeil said in his statement about the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine, where his dog Scout is still living as a patient, “Scout’s illness devastated us. We wanted this year’s Super Bowl effort to not only raise awareness but also financial support for the incredible research and innovative treatments happening at the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine. We wanted to use the biggest stage possible to highlight Scout’s story and these incredible breakthroughs, which are not just limited to helping dogs and pets. This research will help advance cancer treatments for humans as well, so there’s the potential to save millions of lives of all species.”
Vets worked their hardest to save the life of 7 years old pet Golden Retriever dog named Scout. To express his gratitude, the owner of Scout named MacNeil both the vets a Super Bowl ad worth of 6 million dollars.
Watch this 6 million dollars worth of Super Bowl ad in the video below.
Mark Markel, The dean of the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine which is located in Madison said that this Super Bowl Ad is a really big opportunity for Veterinary Medicine across the globe.
He said in a statement, “So much of what’s known globally today about how best to diagnose and treat devastating diseases such as cancer originated in veterinary medicine. We’re thrilled to share with Super Bowl viewers how our profession benefits beloved animals like Scout and helps people, too.”
Scout is the best friend of his owner named David MacNeil.
When media asked from Markel about what his reactions were when he heard what MacNeil had done for the Vets, he said, “My first reaction was astonishment—this gift of love for Scout and thanks to our Veterinary School was sincere, extremely generous and unprecedented. It was obvious that Scout’s family was not content in just seeking the best of cutting-edge care for Scout, but that they wished to provide a mechanism whereby cancer treatment breakthroughs would be advanced to benefit all companion dogs and cats with cancer.”
This below is the video that shows how the Vets actually help treat Scout.
According to Dr. Vail, the funds from the ‘Pets Make a Difference Fund’ will be sued 100 percent for the support of the cancer research as well as animal health that is being carried out at the School of Veterinary Medicine. He said, “This support includes the purchase of the new and advanced equipment that is going to be sued not only for the diagnosis and the treatment of the current School’s patients but also for the advanced understanding of cancer and the development of the more safer and newer as well as effective treatments.”
He also continued, “These funds will also be used for attracting a world-class faculty that will work to push the envelope through the cancer research and the clinical trials that will hopefully be able to give hope for the caregivers of the companion dogs that have received the diagnosis of cancer. With the infusion of these funds, the ongoing collaboration of the School of Veterinary Medicine with the UW Carbone Cancer Center is going to advance the cancer care for the 4 legged and 2 legged patients.”
The vets are doing whatever they can to help the recovery of Scout.
Lastly, Dr. Vail shared some other information with media saying, “Primary cancer on the heart of Scout has responded really well to the advanced radiation therapy, immunotherapy, and chemotherapy. Currently, his cancer has shrunk by almost 90 percent and he is now not suffering any immediate life-threatening internal bleeding that caused him to be admitted to the hospital in July of last year.”
“What is important is that we have been able to maintain the quality of life for Scout at a very high level as he is beginning to be his usual self like running along the beaches and swimming. However, small nodules have been seen developing in Scout’s lungs which represent the spread of the original cancer e was diagnosed from. Scout is now undergoing additional radiation therapy for the nodules in his lungs and is soon going to be ready for the additional immunotherapy.”
The 6 million dollar Super Bowl Ad by David MacNeil is only 30 seconds long and is tilted “Lucky Dog”. The purpose of the ad is to encourage the people to donate money for supporting the vets that are working to save the lives of animals as they did for his buddy Scout.
