A proof of the fact that love knows no boundaries are the friendships of the animals and the heroes of our post are the proof of it. This is the story about a German shepherd dog named Nova and a ferret named Pacco who have been best buds since day one. They are owned by a woman named Dianna Grib and she says that these two live with each other in a way as they do not know they are of different species.
Diana said that she first got Nova as a pet and after getting her, she introduced Nova with all different types of animals which include rats, parrots, and cats. She spent quite a lot of time teaching Nova to be friends with other animals. When Nova was turning adult, Diana got herself a pet that she had always wanted; a Ferret. She contacted many of the ferret breeders but her main concern was to get a ferret that knew who to live with a dog. And then one day she found Pacco.
Nova and Pacco do not only have the friendship among them, but they also have many similarities with each other. Both of them are really curious and brave. The reason for their personalities is that they grew up while meeting with other animals. When Diana gave Pacco a tour of the house, Nova was following them from behind like a shadow and after a few days, Pacco also paid attention to Nova and then their friendship started.
Now both of these friends travel and play with each other and even sleep together. It is clearly evident that Nova is feeling much happier because she now has someone beside her.
Dianna said that raising a ferret is no easy task and she started learning about 1 year before having Pacco and she is still learning new things about ferrets.
Dianna also warns that ferrets are not to be taken as pets by anyone right off the bite. The reason is that they bite a lot and will let you know when they do not feel right about something. They also tend to sense fear, so if you are afraid of them and they sense it, they will use it to their advantage. This is why it is never a good idea to have ferrets as pets if you have kids around the house.
Then there are things to consider like their health. If you are not careful about even little things, it will result in huge Vet bills.
As for Nova, she is a really friendly dog who tends to show her love even to a passerby. She also happens to be very patients and does not get mad at Pacco even if he hurts her a little bit playing.
