A week ago in New Jersey, a truck was taking a cow to the Patterson Slaughterhouse in the USA. As it turns out, this was no ordinary cow and her story has broken the internet.
On Thursday morning at around 2:25 am a cow named Brianna jumped from an 8 feet tall second level of a truck that was taking her to her impending death. The cow wandered around on the highway until the authorities came to the find her after a one-hour long chase. The cow was named in honor of the cop named Brain who alerted the animal escape sanctuary.
The story of Brianna does not end here.
No one knew that the cow was nine months pregnant and some also believe that she jumped out of the truck to save the baby. As soon as Brianna arrived at the “Skylands of Wantage” sanctuary; she gave birth to her baby calf which was later named ‘Winter’.
At the moment, both of them are safe and sound and are living happily at the sanctuary.
Now this week, the calf took its first steps. This moment like his birth was filmed and shared all over the social media of the Skylands Sanctuary.
