Nature has blessed some animals with ability to either fly or some with ability to swim through water while some are able to run on land only. Fastest animals mostly include birds but today we have gathered a list of fastest animals from all animal types whether they are fliers, swimmers or runner. The list of fastest animals is as follows.
Brown Hare:-
Brown Hares are some of the fastest animals on the planet. They have long legs that accompany them in running as fast as 77 Km/h. this is almost the same speed as their natural predator, The Red Fox.
Blue Wildebeest:-
Blue Wildebeest also has the same top speed as its natural predator, the lion. Wildebeest are able to run at a top speed of about 80 km/h.
Marlin:-
Marlin fish is the second fastest fish in the world right after Sail Fish. Marlin can swim with a speed of about 80 km/h.
Pronghorn Antelope:-
Pronghorn Antelope is the world’s second fastest animal that can pout run its predators with a speed of about 98 km/h.
Sail Fish:-
Sail fish has the crown for the World’s Fastest Fish. It can swim around with a speed of about 110 km/h.
Cheetah:-
Cheetah is undoubtedly the world’s fastest land animal. Cheetah can run up to a speed of 110 km/h which is three times the running top speed of a human. Human are able to run at top speed of 32 km/h.
Spur-Winged Goose:-
Spur Winged Goose is the largest amongst all species of Goose. They have the ability to fly with a speed of about 142 km/h.
Frigate Bird:-
Frigate Bird has the ability to main in air for more than a week without any breaks while migrating. They have the perfect body to wingspan ratio amongst all birds on planet. They are able to achieve a speed of 153 km/h during their flight.
White Throated Needletail:-
White Throated Needletail or also known as Spine Tailed Swift is able to achieve a flight speed of 171 km/h, making the fastest bird during Powered flight.
Peregrine Falcon:-
Peregrine Eagle is not only the fattest bird but also the fastest animal on the planet today. This eagle is famous for its hunting dive during which it soars to great height and then dive down towards its prey with a speed of about 322 km/h. as far as horizontal cruising speeds are concerned, peregrine eagle can fly up to 90 km/h.
