An Aussies Guy named Ryan Anderson has been nicknamed as “Crazy Dog Lady Man”. You ask why because he has self proclaimed himself as the “World’s biggest Dog Lover” and he certainly lives up to his claim too.

Ryan Anderson actually has a job of being a welfare inspector with RSPCA. In his foster time, he does another job and that is to volunteer in helping the needy homeless doggies and providing them foster homes.

Ryan Anderson told media that, “not only is my job to work and help rescue animals but this is also my passion and hobby. I live and breathe dogs”.

While it is his passion to help and rescue as many dogs as he can, he actually has to permanent pets; one is a Rottweiler named Goose and other is a cat named Krumm”.

Ryan Anderson told media that, “my motto is, ‘the less I own, more I can foster’”. He further stated, “One of my favorite moments with these foster dogs is that they find their forever home and the saddest part would obviously be when they leave for their forever homes. It’s sad for me to say goodbye but it is for their own good”.

This crazy dog lady man has no aim of stopping instead has another aim that he shared with media that, “I have a deep dream of one day having my own rescue organization or a farm. My mission is to bring the rescue dogs there for long-term and also help the behaviorally challenged dogs there”.

He ended his talks with media on a dog note, “Shelter Dogs absolutely ROCK”.

A student plus part-time worker named Zanda Indriksone who is a native of Latvia started her humane work of saving homeless cats about two years ago. The girl did not study anything to help these cats in any university or her high school. On the contrary, she learned about the cats and knowledge about their health from her own experiences.

Zanda Indriksone told the media, ‘for example when I am on the street and I see a cat, I cannot just ignore and walk away. The first thing I do is pick up the cat and take it to the vet. The vet will then check her health and determine its age”.

Thankfully for her, she is not alone in this humane mission as many volunteers also partake in this effort of hers. They also provide temporary homes for these cats until they are adopted by other people.

The time which each of the cats can stay up in each home depends on the health of the cat. If the cat is healthy, it can get adopted in less than an hour. Most of these adoptions actually happen in summer. The longest time when a cat spent in a temporary home was for one month and that was also because cat needed special treatment.

As of the moment, Zanda Indriksone is also the part of a non-profit cat organization named “Cat Care Community”. This organization is building homes out of wood for living quarters of homeless cats in the Riga city and many other cities of Latvia.

Zanda Indriksone has saved more than 530 homeless cats since she started her mission two years ago.

A dog named Duke was found sitting all alone by himself in an old armchair on the curb of South Texas. He was sitting there waiting to be found and rescued. For days people passed by him ignoring him until one woman took it to help this canine by posting his picture on Facebook and asked somebody to help the poor fellow.

The person captioned his pictures, “can someone help him? My mom said that she has seen him roaming around here for a while. He suffers from very bad Mange to the point that it almost looks like blood and he is also very skinny from malnutrition”.

Leslie Ysuhuaylas; a member of the Texas based animal rescue organization called “Rescue Dogs Rock NYC” saw this post and decided to help him by getting him to their shelter ASAP. Ysuhuaylas told media, “he was not only scared badly but he also did not trust people.”

Ysuhuaylas after rescuing the poor canine took him straight to a vet where they were horrified to know that his teeth had been filed down. The vet suggested that he seemed to be a Bait Dog; a dog that is used as a practice target for other dogs in the “Dog Fighting Arena”.

His rescuers can only imagine the horrors through which Duke has went but now he is in safe hands and his future seems bright ahead. After is treatment at the vet clinic is finished, he will be placed for adoption and will likely find his forever home.

Today we present to you the doggie named Kylo; a dog rescued one year ago from an animal shelter and his still grateful to her rescuer even after a year has passed. The moment his mom steps into house, he just wants to smother her with kisses and hugs.

Meghan Sweers; Kylo‘s new owner told media that, “as soon as I come home and sit to take off my shoes, he climbs up into my lap for hugging me. If I don’t hold him and hug him then he just follows me around the house with the most pathetic sad look on his face. So I give in and hold him tight and his smile returns”.

However, this was not the case one year ago when Kylo was only ten months old and was living at an animal shelter. He was once sent to a foster home where no one showed interest in this goofy dog until one day Sweers and her husband came to adopt him.

The first night Kylo at Sweers’ house was perfect. She told media, “he crawled into my and tucked his head under my chin and soon went to sleep and he was snoring like a chainsaw. From that very moment, me and my husband knew that he was to live with us forever.”

Kylo is so grateful for finally found his forever home that he likes to hug everyone he meets. Sweers said, “He likes to give love to everyone a little forcibly by climbing on to their laps and falling asleep”.

The Berlin Police officers were shocked to receive a call from a local hospital because it was a call to save a dying Hamster. Apparently the hospital found this critter that was either lost or abandoned by his owners. Hospital staff found this little fellow cowering in the bushes nearby hospital. That’s when one staff member decided to call for help.

Fortunately for the little guy, police officers actually took this mission of rescuing the little critter seriously and came to help him. A spokesperson of the Berlin Police department told media, “the hamster was found by a police patrol car eventually and they named him immediately ‘Sir Henry’. They placed him in an empty box of the clinic gloves and brought him to the police station”.

There, hamster immediately familiarized himself with the police equipment and loved his time there. He was to be sent to an animal shelter but police officers developed a yearning for the little guy. The spokesperson told media that, “Early next morning one of our police officers came and adopted the little hamster as a new member of his family”.

The hamster has not been welcomed by the police officer’s family but all of the Berlin Police Department.

Let us introduce to you a man named Lee Asher; a man from LA who lives with his quite extraordinary family of pets. This man happens to have a family comprised of 9 rescued animals.

Asher who runs his own finance company told media that, “I always knew while growing up that I would have a house filled with rescued pets. So, in the end, the way I am living now is no surprise to me or anyone who knows me since I was little”.

Since his childhood, Asher was aware that his calling was in rescuing animals and so far he has responded to his calling by rescuing 16 animals.

In his childhood, Asher spent most of his free time volunteering at local shelters while learning about the rescue process. His passion only grew with time because in college he started fostering shelter animals until he could find their forever homes.

Asher said, “The inspiration to save them comes from loving them. You know that you are not only saving one dog but by rescuing this one dog you are making a space for another dog to be rescued and adopted too. It’s really a win-win feeling for me and I love this feeling”.

As of today, he is living with two cats and seven dogs. Actually, some of them are actually he foster fails.

However, Asher is not bothered by them at all and says, “its constant entertainment for me at home and I am actually grateful to have a home filled with so much love and dog fur. I might sound corny but try to imagine a day filled with lots of laughter, love and lots of belly rubs”.

Corey Hancock; a photographer in Oregon was on a hiking trail when he came across something that turned out to be a baby bear who was on the brink of death. Hancock told media that, “laying there on his back, in all appearance the bear seemed dead. His lips were blue and his eyes were open as they were unmoving and hazy. He was drenched in rainwater but then I saw him breathing shallow.”

He further told media, “I thought about my own baby boy back at home as the bear looked like an infant to me. I thought to myself, was I going to let him die? No, I needed to help him”.

So after making up his mind he picked him up and ran to his car. The whole time he was afraid that anytime the mama bear would come out in rage.

After he got to the car, the baby bear suddenly stopped the breathing which was already shallow. He did mouth to mouth resuscitation on the bear cub and soon he started breathing again. He took him to a nearby vet clinic where now, the bear cub is getting stronger with each passing day. When he was brought there he was severely dehydrated and malnutrition.

Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife told media that Hancock could have been fined for helping the bear to an amount of no less than 6000 dollars. He could have also faced some serious jail time which could be a minimum of 1 year. Luckily for him, he has been freed from any such punishment for his kindness.

It is a fact that the anatomy of the animals and birds is totally different from us human. We have seen this anatomy nearly on every level but what about the animals? You know that you have that curious bone in you that want to see as to what an animal looks from the inside.

Fireworks are the most primitive sort of entertainment since the discovery of gunpowder from ancient Chinese times. There is something mesmerizing about the fireworks going up in the air and blasting with a huge bang and spreading those colorful patterns up in the sky. Of course, there are other forms of fireworks that are much easier and safer to use like the firing cone which just erupts into a plethora of shining colors that are not harmful.

Humans are not the only one who seems to be mesmerized by these colorful fireworks. Animal and most epically dogs also seem to have a thing for fireworks.

In our today’s video, we are going to show you one such dog who is intrigued by the colorful firework and can’t seem to control his urge to eat them. We think in his eyes those fireworks seem like a fountain of colorful candies. That’s why he tried to steal and ran away with it.

One day the cat named Cotton was rescued as a stray outdoors and after she got treated she surprised her rescuers.

Cotton was rescued by Carmen Weinberg, founder of Animal Friends Project who told media that, “little By little Cotton got her strength and weight back. It was a surprise to us to see that he had one blue and one yellow eye. His hair also started to grow back nicely.”

Cotton was found as a stray near the street in Royal Palm Beach in Florida. One man saw him who told media that, Cotton came out of nowhere and started eating from the bowl which he had placed for his own cat”. He said that Cotton seemed very hungry as if he ah not eaten in many days.

That guy shared a picture of Cotton on Facebook asking someone to help the cat and finally, Weinberg reached out. Weinberg told media that, “early next morning, I drove there and picked him up and took him to my personal vet immediately. The vet confirmed that Cotton was suffering from Mange”.

It was due to Mange disease that Cotton could not open his eyes. However, Weinberg was determined to help him and do anything to recover his health. Now with all the love and care, Cotton is one of the most beautiful and gorgeous cats in Florida.

Weinberg has also put Cotton up for adoption to help him find hi him his forever loving home.

Two boys were strolling around the streets of Lanus, Argentina when they came across a horrible sight; a dog who was covered fully in tar. It is not known as if the dog himself got dumped in the tar or someone threw him in tar and left him to die. What was known at the moment was that it needed help and it needed as soon as possible.

The boys took the pooch who could barely move hurriedly to the Zoonois Lanus Shelter. The volunteer of the shelter took at least five hours to clean all the tar off the dog.

A volunteer named Myriam Ortellado told media, “We bought lots of things and saw tutorials on YouTube as to how to remove tar. At first, it seemed impossible to remove then we use oil and step by step it started to work. We used five liters of oil to remove all the tar.”

The rescued dog was named Petro which means petroleum in Spanish. Vets were initially worried about intoxication as there was tar embedded in dog’s nostrils, ears and even in his intestines. However, Petro has defied all odds and now is living a healthy life.
